Why is my garage door making so much noise?
There is four main things that will cause doors to become noisy over the years. Bad/worn rollers, rusted springs, damaged sections and loose chains on door openers. However, for the most part, these problems can be fixed or avoided by tuning up your door every six to twelve months.

Tune-up’s are required every six to twelve months. Our basic tune up consists of: lubricating all moving parts on the garage door and opener, adjusting the tension of the springs and setting the correct levels on the door opener.
What is the life span of a new garage door and opener?
A metal garage door can last you up to fifty years with basic maintenance as well as garage door openers. However, we find ourselves repairing doors no more than five years old, due to failure of maintenance.
